Abstract

Abstract: This article aims to present and study the implications of communication systems and platforms in the pandemic scenario, as well as to make the parallel between the regular model and the home office, highlighting their disparities, assessing their problems and benefits, as well as observing and understanding the growth of the software providers of these services in the market. It is observed that the Home Office model will continue to be used even after the pandemic, and that, unlike what is expected, people over 30 years old are the ones who have adapted the most to the model. The bibliographic research method was used.
