Abstract

Artificial intelligence has been bringing us progressiveness, but turning us into dependent beings. Around the world, technology is constantly advancing, bringing more and more innovations and ease, it is present in all environments, whether at home or at work, and this will become even more present with artificial intelligence. However it is not something completely new, the study of this technology began in the 50s with scientists Hebert Simone and Allen Newell, and has been evolving ever since, this theme has been greatly explored by scientists and interested parties, we can access articles and documentaries that explain such technology. After decades we can see the result widely and enjoy it, in companies the use of AI has contributed to efficiency and greater productivity in less time and reducing costs; outside the corporate environment, AI facilitates information searches, streamlining basic tasks, however, nothing brings only benefits and with artificial intelligence, it would not be different. Unemployment, threats to privacy, abuses in the use of weapons, the very change in the notion of humanity and even affecting some of the goals established by the UN (United Nations organizations) are the harm that comes with it, many questions have not yet been answered and fear is present, after all, human beings can become obsolete and totally dependent
